I have over 25 years experience working for a construction company which has been of great help to me now that I am undertaking this new challenge, working for myself.

The services which I am offering to my new and existing clients are the following:

• Sales of houses, villas and building plots also property rentals.
• Help, advice and translations with procedures/documents needed for Town Hall, Notary, Registry and property tax offices (title deeds, change of ownership etc...).

I can accompany clients for doctors visits , hospitals appointments or the police station as necessary.

Villas, gardens and pools : I also organise and manage all aspects of property maintenance including quotes and workers for plumbing, electrical, joinery and general construction work.
