Is a municipality in the Valencian Community, located in the northeast of the province of Alicante, in the region of Marina Alta.
It has aprox. 700 inhabitants.
It is situated at the foothills of the SIERRA DE SEGARIA". At the top of Segaria are the remains of an anciente Iberian settlement.
